[s-cars] Lowering spring options on 94??

I just installed some cool 17" wheels on the 94 UrS4... cool!! But now the
rig looks dumb, as in lots of wheel well space. I'd lke to lower it slightly
without degrading ride quality too much. Going from spongy blizzaks to 45
series Kumhos really sharpened up the handling but makes for a bumpier ride.
Questions... #1 H&R and Eibach both make spring kits, any difference between
the two that you notice? What shocks? I'm a big fan of Boge turbos for my
cheaper cars, and bilstein gas struts for better cars. Any advice would be
appreciated!!
