[s-cars] camber after lowering springs?

You definitely will want to compensate for the increase in neg. camber. At -1.5 deg you will wear the inside edge of your tires in short order.

What I ended up doing when I installed Eibach springs was to extend the slots in the factory camber plate as much as possible. This allowed me to get to -1.0 deg of camber on both sides. I don't know how the Intrax compare to the Eibachs (I have the true 1529.140 kit, not what's available now) with regard to lowering and whether you'll be able to get -1.0 deg by simply slotting, but it's worth a try and it won't cost you anything, other than possibly a file. It'll take you about 30 minutes with a rat tail file and you're done.

The wear has been fairly even. I eventually corded one of the front tires on the inside edge but that was after the tires were worn down to the wear bars already, so overall I was happy with it.
