[s-cars] Fuel Economy Problem / Question

Check to see if you have any leaks in the fuel tank (it's steel), 
especially if the car has spent any time in the rust belt.  Apparently 
there is a shield where crud can accumulate against the tank and slowly 
rust through.  One of my friends recently had to replace the fuel tank 
on his canadian UrS4 due to this problem.
