Steve, 
It was suggested to me by, damn I deleted his email,
another lister that it was the head unit. Hmmm, I
pulled Edwin's (donor car) and plugged it in. PROBLEM
SOLVED. All temp ranges work properly now. Go figure.
WHOEVER IT WAS THAT SUGGESTED THAT TO ME, A HEARTY
THANK YOU. i ASK THAT YOU IDENTFY YOURSELF AND TAKE A
BOW.
