Its not "brackets" as you would think.  It is A bracket - one piece metal with three legs. The silver transceiver box mounts underneath the bracket (the legs are about 1 inch high) and the CD changer mounts on top (four metric machine screws).   Go to UrS4.com for pictures and part numbers.   You may find a bracket in a wrecked V8 or UrS4.  (If you do, and its an S4, get the cut carpet as well -save your OEM uncut carpet).  I paid $20 for the bracket and carpet at a wrecker.
