Well since no one over hear should know what one is anyway, my thought would
be one might:

1.  Get an affidavit from Keith that it's "just like a lotus elise" to keep
in the glove box just in case anyone asks;

2.  Purchase a wrecked lotus Elise VIN number and a few badges, along with
one lotus elise packing box.

3.  Place the Speedster w/new badges & extra vin in box and mail.

4.  Based on the last series of NY securities fraud show trials for the Tyco
executives, practice really, really hard saying "It was never my intent to
..... (deceive, defraud etc.,) You know,  what ever you think you might be
accused of, of feel an potential guilt about .... hey, its got an ecotec
engine, what more can the bureaucrats at DOT & EPA, and the mugwumps on the
S-List want?  You've guessed it!!  A Turbo
