[s-cars] Trackdays & becoming a DE Instructor

Hey all,

Been listening avidly to all the stories about trackday's DE days etc, 
having just moved from UK where trackday scene is huge i'm straining at the 
leash to get out & play.

Unfortunatly i bought my s4 with the express intention of not tracking it!! 
Obviously i picked the wrong group of car heads to hang with :-) Your not 
helping...

Anyway the question, are there trackday organisers in NW area who rent out 
vehicles? This was a common thing in UK, kinda like arrive & drive.

Other Q is i've heard at various tracks & DE days that passangers aren't 
allowed out with drivers. This was true in UK at some bigger circuits, 
Silverstone for instance. But could be gotten around if you had a National B 
race license. Is there a similar get around clause. Like becoming a DE 
instructor or having a US race license. How do you go about getting these in 
US?
