[s-cars] Upgrades

I've actually been debating this as well.  I keep looking at that RS2 
turbo upgrade, but in the back of my mind there's a voice that says, 
"This car is a frickin tank!  If you're serious about performance, sell 
it, go buy something lighter, and then start over..."

Someone talk me out of it.
