I guess that would be me then... I "upgraded" to cross-drill rotors and SS lines with Red-Box pads and better fluid and I did find a difference... braking was better, for the first or second brake slamming they will hold up fine, after that I'm sure Big Reds are needed. Good enough for spirited street driving?...I think so.

In my opinion NO.
Others will argue that aftermarket rotors and pads makes the brakes ok.
