[s-cars] Upgrades

If you just go with the RS2 manifold and the MTM chip, you'll have 
around 300 hp with no downside consequences.  The trany should handle 
this with no problems as mine has.  On the road I get around 30 mpg at 
70 mph. and 23 mpg in town. Spark plug changes are required about every 
25k to 30k miles at a cost of  $60 for the set.
