[s-cars] Contacting Perry Eyges/Fitment issues with S8 18" wheels.

I'm considering getting a set of the wheels that are mounted to the Avant in the below picture.

(This is/was Perry Eyges' S6 Avant, I love the Europa Blue, my fav color choice)
Are there any issues with rubbing on lowered cars / stock height cars, cars with big brakes (I have ECS Stage 3), or offset problems. The S8 wheels 18 tall, 8 wide, and ET48.
