[s-cars] CD CHanger attachment

It ain't factory, but in my old GTI, I took the
factory CD Changer and screwed it to a paice of 3/4
ashe (covered in black carpet to match interion) and
velcroed it to the interior carpet.  Didn't move,
didn't skip, and easy removal when I needed to haul
things.
