camaro weakness -- Re: [s-cars] Re: DRIVERS mustang vs S-Car

the 82-92 camaro/firebird had a weak chassis.   A local shop specialized in
welding square tubular steel to the under-body (whatever you call it) to
connect the front and rear subframes.   Mine had a crack in the floor from
side to side just under the rear seat.
