[s-cars] Died on I4, now no-start

In my case, the mounting bracket came loose. The serpentine belt did what
it's supposed to do and self-tightened the alternator into and through the
timing belt cover. It's just plastic. Once through the cover, it proceeded
to chew up the brand new timing belt. The cause? Improper installation of
the mounting bracket.
It happened on our car at about 70 mph also. The symptoms described are
identical to what we experienced. As I said earlier, we lost 16 valves and a
head. Took about 7 weeks worth of shop time to get things right.
