On the subject of the trunk lock. When I bought my 95S6, I found my
trunk lock to be barely usable. When I disassembled it, I found that
there was no grease in it, but there was a bit of road salt. The lock
disassembly is a mechanical puzzle, but ameniable to concentrated
effort. Just don't loose the detent balls at the end opposite to the
key entry point.
