[s-cars] 200Q/S6 rotors

Hold that thought, I think the 447 prefixed part was what I needed
to put G60s on my urq because the correct 441 rotor for the urS
would not fit.

The earlier cars use a different offset and will NOT line up with the
urS G60 carrier.
