Thanks Lee.
The one shipped to me was a new black one and I didn't notice
the slots in the rim. Until I went back and looked more carefully
after your reply. Duh!
It should be a lot cheaper, it seems pretty flimsy compared to
the original. Oh well, it's a lot lighter so performance and
economy should both improve!!

I'll be really interested in your comparo of the Allroad to a
stock 95.5 S6 Avant. May be considering that path myself.
