Hi Igor,
I just did this on my tensioner. Bearing is an NTN
6203 LH bearing. I replaced with an SKF 6203 bearing
from McMaster. I bought what they call a "precision"
bearing with nitrile seals for $7- they have a cheaper
$4 bearing with differnt plastic/rubber seals also.
You can take the pulley assembly off the tensioner
with a big torx bit that is hidden under the pastic
dust cap on the pulley(can't remember what size bit
though). Drill out the 3 "rivets" holding the
assembly together. Pry the two halves of the pulley
assembly apart at the "seam" Press in your new
bearing, press the other half of the pulley onto the
bearing being sure to keep the locating holes lined
up. Install the spacer piece, and secure the 2 halves
of the pulley together. I used some M5 bolts, lock
washers, nuts and some loctite. Make sure you put the
heads of the bolts on the side which faces the
tensioner, and "clock" the heads of the bolts on the
pulley assembly so they don't interfere with the
tensioner assembly while rotating.
