[s-cars] Care and cleaning of the OEM Intercooler

S-gruppees:  While I try to get my act together and find time to do my RS2 upgrade, I am going to install my new shiny red Samco's.  I was thinking that, while I have the left headlight out, etc. and all the hose off the IC, why don't I remove the IC and wash out what I am sure is an oil film on the inside (my MM hose typically has some oil film in it).  Before I do something stupid like use exactly the wrong solvent to wash out the oil, are there any BTDT's on this one?  (I am still waiting for the $1000 vertical flow FMIC so I have to be nice to the OEM IC).
