[s-cars] To silicon the headlight gasket or not

I did the lense thing four years ago (and wrote the procedure at UrS4.com).   I live in Vancouver (where it rains a lot - like Seattle).  I did not silicon the gasket.  I have seen water vapour on the inside of the lense maybe 4 times in four years.  YMMV.
