I did it with a box end/open end wrench from below and nimble fingers.
My suggestion is to borrow someone's kid to do it for you. ;)

How Mr. Munro got that driver's side lower T belt housing bolt off
without removing the viscous fan is beyond me.
Which begs the question: How to remove the viscous fan?
It is NOT those three 10mm bolts that hold the roller to the assembly.
Putting those bastards BACK ON is a twenty minute, two pinky install.
