I've done the 9005 conversion (trim a 65 W 9005 bulb to fit in a 9006 low beam lamp holder) but I would be concerned that the new 9012 lamp with 1875 lumens would be too hot for the DOT plastic headlight housing.  And on that basis, I wouldn't considered going to the 9011 (2500 lumen) high beam conversion or a wicked  low beam conversion unless there is some temp data to tell me I won't be melting my DOT housings.
