very disappointing... and even more disappointing is that they will not respond to my emails.   

the car is way to low.   it drives nice, but has no clearance.   any up-ramped entrance to a grocery store or an apartment building and the nose scrapes the pavement.     Any downhill road meeting flat does the same thing.

  It's a little bit lower than I wanted.   It's pretty close to 2 inches lower in the front, maybe 1 7/8.

  I think the back is about the same.   probably 1 3/4 inches lower.
