[s-cars] Control arm nightmare

Guys,

While R&R-ing control arms today with Igor, I managed to sheer the bolt 
of the inner attachment.  Has anybody BTDT.  The bolt sheered at the 
very end.  It is possible that the threads may have been ruined inside 
whatever it is that is up there.
