I don't know why the readings should be different...
Maybe you have a wastegate frequency valve problem...
If it is the WGFV that controls the wastegate, then a spring has no real
affect on sustained running pressure.
If the pressure on the wastgate piston is enough to unseat it with a stock
spring in, then check the WG diaphragm, hose and the WGFV...
The spring is great at affecting wastegate creep and part throttle mid boost
bleed, and this is why some of us adjust it...
Unless I am totally off base, and I didn't think RS2 boost map allowed 27-28
PSI ???
