[s-cars] Where does the black wire on remote locking controller go?

There is a lone black wire that comes out of the remote locking controller (as
shown on the picture link) on my 95.5 S6 under the rear seat. Mine is loose
and I was wondering where does this wire connect as it head towards the rear
of the car?
