[s-cars] voltage regulator

The voltage on the avant seems to have droped... when
the ac is on you turn on the headlights the force of
air noticably drops (didn't do this before).  The
Voltage drops from 13.5 to 12.5
>From previouis auto experience I suspect the voltage
regulator - but the back of the alternator doesn't
seem to have one - does that back cap need to come
off? 
Sub optimal AC is interolerable in Houston...
