Thanks guy's lot's of good idea, I have tried fabreze and had it
shampooed twice but still in the heat of the day it turn's in to an ash
tray.

Fabreze, or a similar odor-eating spray, may do the trick.
Try a test spray first, to make sure it doesn't stain. Then
spray liberally over all interior surfaces.
