How do you giggle a key? Or did you mean to make the key giggle?

Silly minds want to know!

Sounds like maybe the lock cylinder tumblers have jammed the lock
cylinder so that it will not turn to the right or maybe one of the
tumbler springs has broken. Try squirting a generous amount of WD40
into the slot to try to dislodge the errant tumbler. Then giggle the
key in the slot or try to vibrate it somehow. If this fails, go to a
lock shop and see if they can pick the lock. If you do this, try to
have available a second car with a lock that works. A good lock smith
should be able to get it open.
