[s-cars] wheel rub mudflap. something loose in suspension?

Lee,

thanks for response.   I have 16'' wheels.   I the the gap the 
"looseness" covers is too big to be not worried.  I will report the 
change after I changed all rubber bushing in the front.   I might happen 
not exactly soon - a month from now, maybe.
