I am familiar with this, and yes it is a legitimate offer.
 
BUT to say it's free isn't exactly true.
 
You have to sign up for one of their "offers" and get 5 other refferals to each sign up for an offer to get your ipod. This company is paid for each customer they bring to their clients.
