[s-cars] steering creaking sound

Same thing happened to our 91 100 a few years ago. I thought the pump was  
going out. I jacked the car up and had my wife turn the wheel side to side  
while I felt the various moving joints. The sound was not "directional", but I  
could feel the offending tie rod end vibrate when moved. It wasn't loose, and  
therefore no clunking etc. just dry. Merely lubed it with an injection oiler-  
problem solved.
