[s-cars] I need for octane than I used to

Oxygenated fuel, which I know we get in PA, causes a bunch of
driveability issues- BTDT w/ GIAC software in our old A4 1.8T. Boost
would be iffy over 12psi- surge and cutback, surge and cutback- very
annoying. Solution at the time- just don't get hard on the gas during
those months.

I don't know if you're running stock software or hardware, so I can't
offer much other advice than to check the software first. On stock
software, you should not have any issues.
