Mark-
Unfortunately, the driving skills and antics that I see on a daily
basis during my 200 miles a day indicate that the NYC metro and
Philadelphia metro areas are no better than Toronto.

When I hit the lotto, I'll buy myself a supercharged 502 powered
Hummer H1 with Brembos, runflats, crash bars, roll cage, harnesses,
HANS, etc. When someone does something stupid like that, I'll just
ignore them and see what happens when they crash into a 7000lb. tank.
I'll make sure it's painted chrome yellow with tons of metalflake in
the paint so they can't say that they couldn't see me.
