Are you sure about that?  I know what the gas pumps say but I am almost
positive I still see the drop/pickup in mileage between the summer and
winter here in CO.

Where do you live?
Colorado just started using oxygenated fuel year round, and it messed with
my vapor lock problem, and made it a year round issue now as well.
They could have messed with the fuel, even though the octane rating is the
same.
