[s-cars] 80tq: Dyno Update

Absolutely insane, I predict mid 11's if you can get the damn thing
out of the hole right.  Hell, if you were trapping 119 before and
gained a 40+ horsies, you should be in the low 11's in that light a
car.

Hell, put a slightly larger turbo on there and it might be a 10 second car.
