It would be interesting to see what the difference in power, if any,
is made (or not made) by limiting boost to 22psi instead of 28psi.
I'm of the opinion that anything above 22 on a 9:1 motor is just
asking to become reacquainted with what the inside of your motor looks
like, perhaps by peering in through the side of the block where a
connecting rod decided to come out and see what the weather's like.
