[s-cars] Boost Inconsistency

Here in NH, Sunoco killed their 94 in favor of 93, and there was quite a 
difference in performance last summer over previous summers.  My S6's 
ECU, which still has some veto power over my A'pexi, wouid drive the 
boost down as low as 1.1 bar instead of the 1.3 I had been getting with 
the 94.  I switched to Shell 93.  Works ok now that it is cooler.
