Keithster,
Let us know how the Boeshield works for you.  Prolly very good for
inside the door latch mechanisms too.
Also, as an alternative to the heated steering wheel mod, recently added
to the WildBillWinterCollection (WBWC)tm, are the Patagonia windproof
gloves.

These are comfortable, warm, not real thick and have a very grippy
leather palm from finger tips to wrist.  A bit pricey at 60 bucks but
are a good winter glove IME because they work both outside the car and
whilst driving too.

Thought I would give this stuff a try after Bill had so many nice
things to say about it at S-Fest.  Minimum order at the link above is
$15, but I found it here for even cheaper:

Plus they didn't gouge on shipping like some other places that sold it
for same or slightly less.  Your mileage may vary :)
