[s-cars] Rear Brake Rotor Source? I think my caliper seized

Could be the e-brake sticking. Check that the actuating arm moves and
returns freely. Could also be sticking e-brake cable. See
http://www.urs4.com/technical/repair/ebrake/ebrake.html for tips on
maintenance. And yes, it is a fairly common problem.
