Stromung is a very good exhaust, I'm happy with mine, I don't think
you'll dislike it.

As for wheels, you didn't mention a price range- Fikse FM/5 are a very
nice wheel in 18" sizes.

8.5" wide with a 35 offset is about as wide as you can go. 9s fit, but
they're really really tight unless you want that "tire sticking out of
the wheelwell look." Paul's friend's S6 w/ RS6 rims was borderline
that look.
