[s-cars] Car stalled in fast lane last night...

Along these lines, I thought that a failed CPS would induce a no-start
condition as well.

My internal integrated history of reported failures on this list gives 
me the impression that a failed CPS will interfere with starting, but 
would not cause failure when driving. Do I misremember?
