Serge,
I'm getting about 24 MPG in semi-mixed (some
2 lane, some 4 lane, some typical suburban NYC)
highway driving, doing typically in the mid 70s).
Car is Mihnea tuned stage 1, and surprisingly, no
change between the snows and summer tires. Brakes,
BTW, are fantastic. And emissions were well in spec,
even before my first change, when I first got the
the car. Car was fully warmed up when the car was
smogged though.

Oil at about 2200 miles, car was NOT warmed up properly.** So perhaps with
fresh oil and a properly warmed up car I could have done better. I think the
high HC and low MPG are related, though the car runs great, and if everyone
out there is getting less than 20MPG with an MTM stage 1+, I can stop
chasing my tail.
I know this has been done before, but I don't believe it was specific to any
state of tune.
So MTM stage1+ or equivalent, what's your highway cruising MPG??
** warmed up properly = glowing EM accompanied by the fine aroma of clutch.
