After reading that it just re-affirms my decision to continue to buy the
"Prestone® All Makes All Models Extended Life Antifreeze/Coolant."  They
have a little bit about it on their website.  Why didn't we just stick with
the green stuff!  ARGH!

The simple answer is this. Put in your cooling system whatever came with it
from OEM. Do not mix. I personally power flush all my cars every year and
install fresh coolant from a brand name manufacturer. Putting in a coolant
designed for a different car can be very bad, as changes to seals, outlets
and metallurgy can be incompatible with a certain type coolant.
