Thanks Joe but I did replace the FPR and I also relayed the FP directly to the battery
(a gain of 1.1 V at the pump). I think it is the pump but to prove it (sending a new
Bosch or VDO fuel pump out for blueprinting) will cost a lot of time and money (which
I don't have much off right now). I just stay away from WOT (well, I try anyway). ;>)
