BTDT on the main (quattro) list.

Funny thing was I was in Central Jersey on my way to visit another lister
and was on the cellyphone trying to get alternate directions when I first
saw one (the 500) on the road from behind. I exclaimed to the other
lister
"that's the new A6 and boy is it BIG!". Turns out, when I got closer
(like
REALLY close, my old feeble eyes) I saw the blue oval and the other
Ford script. IMHO, it looks much more like a C5 chassis car, not a C4.
Even Ford wouldn't make a design look like it's some 7 to 8 years old.

I've looked at a few parked ones since then. Not too bad for a mainstream
type car (as opposed to a luxury car), even availible with AWD. Too bad
it has no real drivetrain. IMHO, I'd go Chrysler 300 before the
Taur...oops,
500.
