Well just got back for a drive..the temps are around 39-40 degrees....NO
CEL.
So somehow seems to be related to these cold temps in the teens and 20's

Might be a coolant sensor as well. Not reporting properly

Hey Rob,
I also garage the car sans heat and A/C ;-) . It
was about 35 degrees in the garage and 5 degrees outside this AM when I
left. The CEL is coming on regardless if the car is warmed up or not.
But only at idle after about 20 seconds. It is suppose to warm up to
around 35 today so will take her for a spin to see if it makes a
difference or not.

Cody, I'm fortunate to have a heated and air
conditioned garage. The car is not significantly colder at initial
startup now than it was last August.

So you are thinking the car is running
lean at these very COLD temps at
idle due to the increased density of
air?

Colorado MAF anyone?
I'd say look to the chipset. It may need
further tweaking down at those
low
temps.
If it's exceeded it's adaptation level,
the duty cycle of the injectors
might need a bit of boost.

I haven't been experiencing a
stumble...but my CEL O2 Sensor Adaptation
Limit Exceeded comes on after Idle for
about 20 seconds..then goes out
once you are above 2K RPM moving or not.
Intake temps are around 15-20
deg F
Car seems to be running just fine...any
ideas? I suspect that once it
warms up that I will not see it..but
that purely a guess.

Apikol FMIC
