I'll jump in;
MTM, sold through Hoppen and Anderson Motor Sport is a very good chip
with a lots of bottom end and torquey. A little hard to modulate though
and peaky. Advertised HP is 280 with 3 bar pressure transducer.

IA, was owned by Ned Ritchie, but I believe he sold his business. The
chip is smooth and not as peaky as MTM, very stock-like with more power.
Not as much HP, 260 HP advertised.

MRC Developments (Mihnea); Independent tuner with lots of experience,
does custom tuning and has off-the-shelf chips too.

Dalhback: Not too much experience but hear good things, sells a 270 HP /
328 ft-lb chipset.

TAP - not recommended
I had the MTM chipset in my s-car for about a year and loved it. The
cost is anywhere from $500 to $1000 depending on the supplier and type
of chips.
