i just replaced a bad window switch on the passenger side last week.
you don't even need to take the door apart - just take off the armrest, and
then you can slide the door handle assembly out.
the window switch snaps into the plastic bracket. it has four little
angled protrusions that lock into corresponding parts of the plastic bracket.
to get it out, put your fingers on the back side of the switch and pull
firmly outwards to the side. it'll snap out. it may help to apply pressure
to the front of the switch as you do this.
