to sue somebody for their own mistakes...
Not a dig at you Paul, just an observation.
While they may indeed come to an arrangement
with you, I really doubt that they are liable.
Doesn't hurt to try though!

Same thing just happened to me at the local KaMeApaRT. Wasn't lucky enough
to
have help to get it off. Well, I broke a few clips on the center lower
grill.
I got the name of the manager who would be responsible for the parking
curbs.
I've got a call into him. Just waiting for an answer. Anyone had any
experience with this sort of issue? Can they be liable? I've got a witness.
